When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, subject area, study level, and deadline. If you upload a document, we access its contents for proofreading and feedback purposes only.
Your information is used solely to process your order, provide feedback, send you confirmations and your completed work, and communicate about your service. We never sell or share your data with third parties, except as necessary for payment processing via Stripe.
All documents and personal information are encrypted and stored securely. We delete submitted documents after 6 months, and your personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill your orders and comply with legal obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Clarita's services complies with your institution's academic integrity policies. Clarita does not produce finished work for submission and expects clients to implement feedback themselves. Misuse of our service is not permitted.
Payment is processed via Stripe before work begins. Orders are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds for technical issues or service failures will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
We commit to our advertised turnaround times. Standard turnaround is 24 hours. Rush delivery may be available on request. Missed deadlines due to our error will result in a full refund.
Your documents, personal information, and service details are completely confidential. We do not share or disclose this information to anyone outside Clarita.
Clarita provides feedback to support your writing. We are not liable for grades received, academic outcomes, or any indirect damages resulting from use of our service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
